COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms of service.1) Client must be 18 years or older.2) The artist will NOT depict any illegal or hateful subjects.3) The Artist reserves the right to decline any commission request without further explanation.4) The Client must provide the following information for the Artist:
- Email address corresponding to the payment method of choice.
- The Client's country of residence (for tax purposes).
- Clear visual and/or written reference material.5) All information concerning the commissions will be discussed privately over at The Artist's business email address or social media direct messages. The Artist will temporarily, privately, and securely store The Client's contact information (name, email address, and any other necessary info) for invoicing purposes. Receipts of the transaction details will be stored for at least six following years according to the Accounting Act (Ministry of Economic Affairs And Employment of Finland, 1336/1997) and will be accessed only by The Artist and a legally hired accountant.6) The listed prices are baselines. Additional fees may apply depending on the complexity of the desired commission and the objects included in it. For example, very intricate and detailed armor or familiars/pets would add an additional fee, which will be based on the Artists' hourly rate of €30.7) Payment can be done in multiple different ways:
- Invoice
- Paypal Invoice
- Bank Transfer (SEPA countries)8) The Artist will be sending the Client an invoice after an agreement on the commission and the price has been reached. The payment must be done in EUR unless agreed otherwise. The Client may pay the invoice whenever they please, but the Client will NOT receive the final artwork before full payment has been made. Payment plans are available on request.9) If the Client chooses to cancel the commission while it is in production, the Artist will offer a partial refund based on how much progress has been made on the commission. The refundable amount will be agreed upon and discussed beforehand.
- Refunds will not be given on completed artwork.
- If the Client breaks the terms of services, they might not receive a full refund.10) If the Artist is unable to finish the commission, a full refund will be provided to the Client.11) The commissions will be worked in the order of the queue. If a specific deadline is requested, an additional rush fee will be added to the invoice. If this is applicable, the deadline must be discussed with the Artist when the commission request is sent.12) If needed, alterations to the commission can be done at several points of the process:- There is no alteration fee for the concept sketch.- After the cleaned sketch minor alterations are acceptable and free of charge. Major alterations will carry an additional charge depending on their impact on the piece. Fees will be decided based on the time spent applying the change.- I reserve the right to refuse overly extensive revisions and complex alterations due to missing or misrepresented elements due to unclear information.13) After the commission has been finished and both parties are happy with the end result, the Client will be provided with a high-resolution file of the finished product. Other sizes can be provided if requested.14) Artwork is created for non-commercial use only.
- The Client may edit, manipulate and use the artwork as they please for any non-commercial use.
- The Client may print out the artwork or create physical products for their own personal use.
- The client MAY NOT profit from the artwork in any way.Art made by the Artist may NOT be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens), cryptocurrency or future inventions in the space.If the artwork is displayed online on the Client’s own sites, the artwork must be properly and clearly credited.15) If the Client wishes to purchase the complete copyright for the image, an additional fee will be added depending on the desired use of the artwork. The details will be discussed and agreed on with the Client before the production of the artwork has been started.16) The Artist retains ALL rights to the commissioned artwork:- The Artist reserves the right to display the artwork in portfolios, galleries, and social media sites.
- The Artist reserves the right to alter the artwork and create merchandise and/or prints out of the artwork.
- The Artist reserves the right to re-use discarded sketches at a later date and on any nature of project.
- The Artist may delay the public showcase of the artwork at the request of the Client.
- The Client may request to stay anonymous and not have any of their info displayed publicly.Please email me any questions, comments, and/or concerns:[email protected]
